Our firm was founded 1972 in Kitzingen and has been operating as a supra-local partnership with offices in Würzburg, Kitzingen and Tauberbischofsheim since 2004.
We currently have seven lawyers and two tax advisors who work here.
As a law firm specialising in commercial/civil law, our core competences are in the areas of tax consultancy, commercial and corporate law, banking and capital market law as well as labour law. In addition, we also work in the areas of contract law, family and inheritance law, corporate restructuring and insolvency law.

Der Park bietet ein einzigartiges Ambiente mit altem Baumbestand, weiten Grünflächen und historischen Häusern. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, können Sie kostenfrei direkt vor unserem Gebäude parken.

Our head office is located in the heart of Würzburg directly next to the Vierröhrenbrunnen. Still used by the US Army until 2006, the transformation into a modern business location with the fastest fibre optic technology and its own power supply took place from 2013. The park offers a unique ambience with old trees, wide green spaces and historic buildings. If you are travelling by car, you can park directly in front of our building free of charge.
